Return Policy
We accept qualifying returns, but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products pass our inspection.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, unopened packaging with tags.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Opened packages cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged items (manufacturing defects only)
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@cellreturn.com.au or the Contact Us page on our website.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if item is defective).
- Once your return request is approved, we will:
- Send you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Provide the return address
- Send a return shipping label, if applicable
- Pack your item securely and include:
- The RAN
- Your original receipt
- Ship the item using the instructions we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement (as applicable).
Return Address
Our return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Time Frames
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrectly chosen items.
