Return Policy

We accept qualifying returns, but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products pass our inspection.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, unopened packaging with tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Opened packages cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Wrong item received
    • Defective or damaged items (manufacturing defects only)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@cellreturn.com.au or the Contact Us page on our website.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if item is defective).
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will:
    • Send you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
    • Provide the return address
    • Send a return shipping label, if applicable
  4. Pack your item securely and include:
    • The RAN
    • Your original receipt
  5. Ship the item using the instructions we provide.
  6. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement (as applicable).

Our return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Return Time Frames

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive the return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrectly chosen items.
