Return Policy

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its unopened original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we cannot accept an opened package for return given the highly personal nature of the device and the conditions of the current pandemic. 

We accept return(s) if:

  • You receive a product different from your order; or
  • You receive a defective product.

CELLRETURN AUSTRALIA is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any broken or faulty products you receive, simply contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a product is found to be defective, please contact us as soon as you are made aware of the problem within 14 days after you received the products via “Contact us” page of this website. A repair, replacement, or refund will be organised and will generally occur after consulting with the manufacturer or supplier.

Before returning, please contact us immediately, so that Our customer service team will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.

Postage fee for the returning is buyer’s responsibility.

In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.

If a repair cannot be made, then CELLRETURN AUATRALIA will endeavor to have the item replaced or a refund if eligible.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@twptrading.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund

Change-of-mind or incorrect choice

For any purchases where a change-of-mind occurs or the customer has chosen an incorrect item, we do not accept any request of return, replacement and refund.
